What to Expect

Day 1 – Fly to Cappadocia and North/Red Tour

Pick up from your hotel in Istanbul and transfer to Istanbul airport. Fly to Cappadocia. You will be picked up from the airport to transfer to Cappadocia. Tour start from Devrent valley ( Imagination Valley), spectacular fairy chimneys and beautiful landscapes. After Devrent Valley, we will visit Pasabag( known as monk valley) where double and triple headed rock formation. Lunch at Avanos, famous for pottery and Red river ( Kızılırmak). After lunch, you will visit Goreme Open Air Museum which heart of Cappadocia. Goreme open air museum famous for wall painting dates back to 10th century describing the life of Jesus Christ and monks. The last stop will be Uchisar castle, natural and one of the biggest mass fairy chimney of the region. After the tour transfer to hotel. Overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 2 – South/Green Tour

Before sunrise, you can participate in the balloon ride in Cappadocia (with additional cost). The wonder of Cappadocia goes beyond its illustrious scenery and exceptional underground scenery. Your return to the hotel is from approximately 07h00-08h00 depending on the seasonal time changes. After breakfast and a quick shower, check-out and departure for our second day tour of Cappadocia.

Starting with a fairly moderate hiking in the Red Valley about 3 kms. (If you cannot walk this distance, the driver will take you to the end of the valley by minibus) Free time in the troglodyte village of Cavusin where you can see the forms of houses from the past centuries.

After lunch, departure to the underground city of Kaymakli or Derinkuyu (visiting only one function of many visitors in the region). You will be able to admire the ventilation shafts and lighting systems, as well as the defense, living rooms, bedrooms, spaces for the wheat and water jars.  End of tour transfer to airport, Flight to Istanbul. After arriving transfer to your hotel in Istanbul. End of Service.
